Good morning!
Make sure to check in with your friends and family even models like me and my sweet group of model peeps need to talk sometimes too!
It breaks my heart to see storys about models struggling with mental health and clients or “fans” pushing them to do work instead of supporting them to get better
Please understand we need breaks too we need time to something’s for us too
Thank you for understanding when it comes to a models mental health.
Thank you for reading i wanted to post this before doing my drop since i too am trying to get my mental health back on track so i can keep pushing out content
Some days i dont post videos and do alot im truly sorry.
Mental health takes a toll on us all. We can do what we can to support and help everyone around us
Xoxo 💕🥺
