I will be posting pics from my old photosets and talking a bit about each of them. Set #1: "Dark Flower" (lol) I shot my first ever photos for SuicideGirls in the winter of 2004 when I was just 19. That was almost 20 years ago! Time flies when you're taking your clothes off for money. I talk about this shoot at length in the SG chapter of my book, which will hopefully be out sooner than later. But here are some basic facts: -I took the train to New Jersey to shoot with a guy named "Steve Neurotic" -The props were a bouquet of carnations and a cinnamon Yankee candle -I was trying so hard to be a Deep Dark Serious Sexy Woman, I don't think I smiled once (who did I think I was fooling?) -I trimmed my bush for this using scissors and it made my crotch so itchy that I had trouble paying attention in class for weeks afterwards. I haven't fucked with my pubic hair since. -Posing nude made me feel worldly and grown up, just as I'd hoped it would. But looking at the pics now, I see a little goth baby I just want to cradle in my arms. I feel that way about most 19-year-olds, tbh.
