Meditation for me is like a pause button in the frantic pace of life. Today again I gave myself a few minutes of complete peace. I sat down, closed my eyes, and all the noise around me disappeared. All that remains is you, your breath and this moment.Honestly, it was hard in the beginning. Thoughts pop into my head, wanting to check my phone or think about my to-do list. But the more you practice, the easier it becomes to just be in the here and now.Those 10-15 minutes help me not only relax, but also feel better about myself. And the coolest thing is that you then look at the world in a completely different way: calmer, clearer, as if everything is falling into place.
