This Marvel Monday we would like to bring some awareness to mental health as it is no secret we have many mental health challenges ourselves, and although we are getting better at slowly learning how to life successfully, it's a struggle.
So to bring some awareness to the world of mental health, all I ask, is that next opertunity you are presented with to expand your understanding on any sort of mental health, do it!
Listen to that homeless person's story, read that article you would normally skip, watch that YouTube video NOW don't add it to your watch later pile that never gets checked, listen to your intuition and your body, whatever form a lesson may come in, expand your mind on mental health this week ^_,^
