My first ever recorded video! I was super nervous, but for it being our first attempt, I think it came out fantastic! Lighting wasn't the best for seeing exhales, but the inhales were gorgeous. This is the first time I actually got to watch myself inhale and see all the smoke that goes into my lungs firsthand. It's so easy to take for granted how much you're inhaling until you see that thick white ball form in your mouth as you open up.
By time of this video, I had been smoking 1-2 cigarettes a month for about a year, until the week prior, when I went to 1-3 a day.
