🕑 Added 2022-10-30 11:31:04 +0000 UTC Hi my dear fans! Today I got ready second video from last topless training in bath. I do 3 static breath holds with empty lungs. The video contains 3 breath holds and 7 clips in total. First is shot with 3 cameras: main, feet and close up. Then I messed up with buttons on camera and no feet videos for second and third breath hold :( Empty lungs because of 2 reasons. 1. Staying underwater is more comfortable, no need for weight. 2. The session is faster. no need to wait 3min till saturation starts to drop, so faster and more effective training. Yes I know this is arguable, because CO2 does not build up so much, but saturation drops more and my body feels more progress. First try is more or less warm up. Second time I push hard and get better time, also had strong contractions and little LMC in the end. Third time I did hyperventilation and pushed even more. Last 30 sec are pretty viol ent. You can see how I fi ght with myself to not give up. In one point I started to give up but then pushed myself back underwater to stay some second more. Sorry for moanings and gasping sounds I do after surfacing as I could not control it. After first fresh breath my body continued jerking for some time. I'm happy for outcome, as this is one of my best times in empty lungs breath hold. I try to find time and do another dry session soon. Let's see how it works out!
