On this video we are doing with trainingmates (Eda, Mari, Tiina and Kessi) STA full lungs. It was amazing! I managed to do my new PB with full 4min. hold!!! Still can't believe it, but I did it!!! Yes, it did not come easily. After 3min mark I started struggling and last 20sec was pure fight to stay alive. I felt like I'm going to pass out any second. My whole body was jerking violently and mind was blurry. At some point I got my mind back and I pulled myself out with my last strength. Then I lost it again. Body still jerked uncontrollably and I don't remember what was going on around. When I saw footage, I understood that I was not passing out completely, had just severe samba. I have footage from another cam as well, but no time to post it today. Please be patient!
