I'm finally getting a little bit of sleep since I haven't been the last couple weeks. so I do apologize that I wasn't on today to chat. I will check messages tomorrow and try to be more active and hopefully things can be back to normal soon. I am doing my best at the moment with not being able to breathe properly and not being able to sleep because of it. If anybody has any tips that would help me I would really appreciate it period so far the only one I got is putting a pillow between my legs which does help a little bit. I don't fully understand as to why it helps me but it does.
