Yoga blocks, foam roll and yoga socks (so you don’t slide). 😇 I honestly am not a yoga girl at all, but if you didn’t know I unfortunately have chronic inflammation in all my articulations, which makes a lot of things I wish I could do really painful. Figured I’d give it a shot and try to slowwwwwly build a bit of muscle! Expect some workout videos ❣️ With more or less clothing depending how I feel hehe
