Keep your feet shoulder width apart or a little wider stance, keep a medicine ball at chest level, and squat low to the floor as if you’re sitting back into a chair. Keep your thighs parallel to the ground, you can go lower as there are different comfort levels for everyone when squatting, but this is known to be good for overall form and easier on the knees. If you know, you know. Sharing good form is caring.
