🕑 Added 2022-07-17 23:22:33 +0000 UTC Eat to grow…IYKYK. (If you know, you know) You can’t starve yourself into losing weight. Most people think this is the answer when in fact the opposite is true. You will lose weight with a combination of things of course. However fueling your body right and frequently throughout the day is key. Most fad diets try to get you to eat little to nothing, or just juice. That is not the answer. In order to boost the metabolism to lose weight you have to get it fired up first. Not in scarcity mode wondering when you’re going to get your next meal. This will have your body storing what little you give it as fat instead. So moral of the story eat right to see better results.
