Keep in mind that Recruiters write the job descriptions and often put more nice to haves than absolutely crucial, mandatory skills on them. So even if you don’t have ALL the skills listed on it, apply anyways😉2. Your “network is your net-worth” is a saying that is still in style and very relevant today. Make sure you are networking and putting yourself out there often💪🏻3. Getting a job is like being in a game. Once you get the job, you’re now “on the board.” Don't get comfy just because you’re there. Learn how to PLAY the game so you can advance levels. This happens through pivoting when you feel you’ve outgrown your role & building relationships with people in and outside of your department. Those were my 3 favs but there’s SO much more to share. Hope this can be helpful reminders for you too 🥰
