Even if you don’t want to, journal (ideally at night but just sometime each day) in I AM statements your goals. 2. Do this repetitively every day to get the belief muscle going.3. Repeat these statements in your mind as much as you can throughout the day in the beginning (building the brainwashing muscle takes a lot of effort at first. Expect it to be hard)4. When it gets hard, give yourself grace.
