It was a way for me to give back to myself and replenish from a full week of pouring into a full client load and friends. >>No social media, no commitments to anyone or plans, no texts/calls/meetings, etc. I still do this but my day changes every week depending on what’s going on. Have you ever considered doing something like this? Maybe one day every week (or even weekend) where you can just 100% go off grid and be alone to do whatever you want to do?? If not, I highly encourage considering it for mental health!
