My phone, however, seemed to have a mind of its own during the workout video, but I won't even get into that. 🙄 I do feel a bit better now, but as I reflected on why I skipped the gym for 10 days and didn't wash my hair, I couldn't help but feel a bit awkward with myself. 🙈
