🕑 Added 2020-12-27 23:01:34 +0000 UTC ?Vacation Challenges/ Adventures... ?One of the greatest gifts of getting into shape - is - building a body that can move and adventure and have fun! ?One of the ways I love to express this is when I am on vacation. ?I love to go for a run - or try out a new local gym and meat the people and get in a good workout of some kind - while on vacation. ?So on this day - while some of the gang went shopping... I tied on some running shoes - and took off towards this mountain while we were on vacation. ?I found trails and just ran up the mountain.... OMG it was beautiful! The Views! ?The different perspective. ?The Feeling of Freedom and Adventures. ?The Challenge of it. ?The gratitude for building a body that could do it. ?The character I built when I got lost and ended up running an extra hour trying to figure out how to find my way back down the other side of the mountain. ?The rewarding feeling afterwards.
