🕑 Added 2019-03-04 15:21:27 +0000 UTC Good Afternoon, So had a busy day organising my treatments...I am having my botox done on Saturday and then on Monday I am having my lips filler done (will also have a little bit in my chin and cheekbones) I am also having my hair done on Thursday and then off to Birmingham to see the breast surgeon for my second consultation. So quite a busy 7 to 10 days.... Training is going very well and I am doing 8 weeks now including some more heavier sets to try and my maximums up....Then I will have a bit of a deload for a week or two depending on how I am feeling.
