Halo all, so day 2 of 31 is complete and let me also say sorry for not posting yesterday. Didn’t get home ti almost midnight so I was pooped lol 😛. Now for the #gym, only things that weren’t up to par were my #squats as they still aren’t getting good depth. Andrew the fact that my workout was so sluggish, i mean took a long time to get into an active groove Still made it through the #legday with some good results I feel. The Saturday task for my #activeminutes will be just a simple #walk around a neighbourhood. Just haven’t decided on where as of yet.
