I’m working hard on my body while dissipating the bruises from my rolfing session a few days ago. Sadly, everyone was working and too busy to chill with me while I sweat it out here. This was a FREE STREAM. I’m working on regaining my flexibility AND healing my injuries cumulated in the last week… I have a few, so I massage it out as best I can myself.
