In ballet, we sometimes wear what are referred to as “trash bags”, these are sweat pants made out of plastic to keep the hip muscles super warm while we work out, and enable fast fat-burn.
I would wear them if I had them, but the next closest thing for me is latex. As long as it gets uncomfortably hot and sweaty, it’s doing my hip joint some good while I try to floss the joint. My artificial hip does build up with plaque that interferes with its range of motion and mobility, so I clear it out by using this technique.
