She didn't crush my dreams or anything, but she did confirm what I already knew to be true: It may be difficult for me to get approved based on my income history not being high enough for long enough (Self-employment struggles, ugh!) But, Since I can claim my onlyfans income under my photography income, worst case scenario is that I have to wait until 2023 to get approved, which is a pain but not like it's a death sentence or anything. She did say that if I can save 10% downpayment it will be easier- which I know I'll be able to do, and the more I push myself with onlyfans the more I will make and the quicker that can happen. As it stands right now, I am safe from the threat of homelessness until about June 1st, when the house I'm in returns to the market. After that, I don't know how long it will take for the place I am in to sell, and finding a rental is next to impossible. I have faith that even if I had to be out by July 1st, a solution will come up somewhere along the lines. Thank you to everyone here who has been supportive and encouraging on my journey!
