What’s your favorite body weight exercise??
I’m gymless for awhile.. there’s are gyms here in Tulum, but they’re a drive.
I’d rather just workout next to the pool so I can dive in afterwards! So refreshing to get blasted back to life 😂
But I need some reminders of fun exercises. They don’t have to be fancy, but there are So many awesome ones. I like a little variety sometimes.
