So many people skip straight to kipping pull-ups and handstand push-ups which can lead to injury. And a lot of the times results in never developing the pure strength it takes to do them strict! Aiming to do things with control and good technique will set you up to stay injury free and fit for a lifetime! And will allow you to do more advanced movements down the road. Strict first... Do you agree?
