🕑 Added 2020-09-20 17:50:23 +0000 UTC The before a sweaty 💦💦 morning run. I exercise every single day, give or take a few days 😂 because rest days and recovery is extremely important! Too many people push themselves so hard that they get injured and can't workout for weeks!! Only to push their progress back. It's better to give your body proper healing time with quality sleep. Quarantine definitely kicked my ass out of shape! Now, I'm kicking it back 🦵🦵 Did you kick quarantines butt or did quarantines butt kick you? 😤
