I made a 5 min three part breath meditation for you.
Whenever you're ready, do this with me sitting or lying down, which ever you prefer.
The tone in the background is a spiritual tone, so it might be distracting depending on where you're at in your practice. Just bear with it.
I'm going to do more meditations as a part of the content on my OF so I hope you enjoy this as my first one!!
