Evoking a sensory experience that will have you transported to these wholesome moments in time, the way in which this content is curated is intended to have you feeling as though you are there with me in real time. Whether it be enjoying an outdoor bath in nature, cooking breakfast, doing some reading or pottering around in the garden naked…I invite you to surrender into slowness with me and drink in all the magic and beauty oozing from your screen.
My hopes are that this content gives viewers the permission to slow down, the inspiration to cultivate more presence and intention in the everyday things, the insight to look for the beauty that already exists all around them, and the motivation to create more connection in their day-to-day lives.
