good morning and happy Sunday!
don't forget to stretch :)
I had a pretty rough and confusing day yesterday. I wasn't sure how I felt about the fourth. I'm not feeling the best on my autoimmune diet. And a bunch of emotions came back up with pornhub in the news. I tried to voice what happened, again, and was shut down. Lately, I've been trying to let life happen to me instead of resisting. Just riding things out as they pass, both the good and the bad.
So, anyways, stretching felt sooo good this morning.
If you're sore, physically or emotionally, stretching does wonders.
Try it out with me :)
