🕑 Added 2023-03-22 14:12:27 +0000 UTC So here is me all me this morning. I recently joined a fitness studio which is a new thing for me as I have been training the past 20 years at the same gym. But when I moved out of Montreal to buy my house, I had to find another gym which so far hasn't been a big hit for me until now. I'm getting back my motivation to work out & follow strict diet (well except on booze that doesn't count right😈). I'd love to go train at least 3 times a week. I've been overwhelmed with work lately (think a good year now actually) but I'll try to make it fit in my hectic schedule If you'd like, I'll post more of my body transformation here on my wall from time to time 🥵 what do you think?
