When I was traveling, I would often stop as soon as the sunset started to appear. I’d pull off to the nearest exit or side road, park my car, and thank the Universe for this wonderful experience and specific moment to see another sunset in a different town. This is one of those moments. What you don’t see is a bunch of cows opposite me, grazing and gazing, wondering what this wild woman was up to.
