Another video from todays arm workout. Here I’m doing a preacher curl. Note the arms are completely vertical to start and I squeeze up to my chin with a slight twist of the wrist so my pinkie reaches towards my shoulder. These are killer - go slow! Seated versions of this where you don’t get full arm extension only work half your bicep so try this next time.
