My first fitness video is ready for you! This is my favorite at-home core routine, and I bet it would be a great addition to your regular exercise. All you need to get started is a mat and space on your floor. A couple of things you should know: I'm 5'5", and my apartment is tiny. The proportions look a bit funny because while I'm on the small side of average, I barely have enough space to lie down in my living room. You should also know that while Pilates is great choice for all sorts of body types, it's always a good idea to check in with your doctor before starting a new kind of exercise.
