I love my job, I've been trying to find a balance between work and maintaining my physical & mental health but getting irate, demanding, dehumanising or just straight up abusive messages isn't fun. I understand that this is usually a small minority but by making this (lengthy af) post I've now hopefully removed the ability for those who are an issue to claim "well I didn't know"..
