Another tip on my abs guide👏🏻 What to eat/drink if you want to get sharper abs and get in shape🔥
Skip the alcohol
As you may know, alcohol contains a lot of calories. Haven't we all seen men with big beer bellys? Alcohol makes you fat, increasing your fat burn, and makes you see less progress with your diet. And that feels unnecessarily if your biggest dream is to have a great six pack. And of course, you do not need to become completley sober for the rest of your life, but choose your occasions visely when you want to treat yourself with a glass or go to a party, and drink smarter when you do. Skip calorie bombs like beer and sugary drinks. Mix up a drink of alkohol and a light/zero drink or choose dry wine, or pure liquor like whisky.
