🕑 Added 2023-02-04 19:00:32 +0000 UTC Elevated squats help me get more of a fuller range of motion. When I do regular squats its difficult for me to get a** to grass because I broke my ankle some time ago but elevating my heels definitely helps. I can load more weight on the bar and get lower.
