First melt some butter with Cinnamon, Cloves, Garlic before mixing in red onion, sweet potato and cherry tomatoes. Put chicken on top and cover in a sauce made from Cumin, Yoghurt, Lime Zest, Lime Juice, Corriander and Garlic. Roast for an hr and a half for the most tender and flavourful Chicken I have had!
