I’m contemplating eating more healthier and working out and to have my body looking better for myself and for you guys. I just want to feel better. And like Yoda says, I must do and not try. Ahhhh it’ll be so difficult at first but I think I’m at a stage where I can accept most healthy foods but the commitment to eating them all the time is what may get me. Yikes, I wish I had my own personal gym. I’m definitely not going to a public gym. Not by myself at least… ugh I’m hopeless.
