I’ve been sending you (and posting) a bunch of my workout updates with my trainer but I realized I’ve left out a major component. I left out telling you how I’ve changed my diet. I used to be very into modeling and that required me to keep a certain low measurement of bust 34-waist 24-hips 34. This meant eating as little calories as possible and doing a lot of cardio. However since now my goal is to build I’ve added rice, potatoes and pasta back into my diet. I try to make sure that each meal that I consume is heavy in protein. The amount of carbs is determined by if and how strenuously I work out that day. I’m going to start posting my meals and my food as well ✨✨✨
