It's okay to feel vulnerable and allow ourselves to get through it. πͺ When I feel depression starting to take over, I resort to a few simple but effective methods to help me cope: 1οΈβ£ I turn to my loved ones. Never underestimate the power of support from family and friends. π 2οΈβ£ I practice meditation and yoga. It helps me calm my mind and restore harmony within myself. π§ββοΈ 3οΈβ£ I do things that bring me joy. Whether it's reading my favorite book, taking a walk outdoors, or doing creative activities. ππ³π¨ Remember that you are not alone and there are always people who are there to support you. It's important to give yourself time and space to heal. And remember that after every black period there is always a bright period. βοΈ Take care of yourself and love yourself, even when you find it difficult. Together we can overcome any difficulties! π
