Just a quick post to say - thank you to those of you who let me know that the video I sent out the day before I left for the US was not sent as PPV, it is greatly appreciated. As we can guess, I did not see those messages until now, when I'm back in the country. I have left it visible to those who paid for it, but removed it for the others.
