Around 3/4p I was lightly fatigued, but was still holding up fairly well. I made it a point to make sure my day wasn’t physically taxing so I didn’t over exert myself without enough proper nutrients. Even then around 8pm I decided that how I was feeling wasn’t worth it and ate a small dinner. After that I felt much better... even though I only made it 20 hours out of the 24 hour cleanse. Instead of feeding my pride, I decided to feed my worth ♥️ I tried not to listen to my body and as the night went on I felt worse. This was a great lesson that your body will communicate with you what it needs... we just have to be willing to listen. Overall: I love cold pressed juice and will continue to drink them, however I don’t think I’ll be doing a juice cleanse again nor recommending them to anyone.
