Peel and slice the peaches in bite size pieces. Slice strawberries in bite size pieces too, trying to keep the fruit uniform in shape. Once done, add to an 8x8 glass baking dish. Add 1 tbsp of flour, 1 tsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of sugar to the fruit. Mix well and set aside. To make the crumble, take the softened butter in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of flour, 1/2 cup of oats, 2 tbsp of sugar, and cinnamon & nutmeg. Mix together with a fork until a crumble starts to form and all of the flour is absorbed. Then mix in the pecans. Begin to crumble the oat and butter mixture on to the fruit until evenly covered. Bake in oven for 30-40 min or until golden brown. Let it cool before you enjoy. Pairs greatly with vanilla ice cream 😋
