🕑 Added 2020-09-17 20:51:09 +0000 UTC Guess what I’m making with these ingredients!! I have pecans, unsweetened applesauce and carrots! These are all great ingredients on their own, but I was having a bit of a sweet tooth yesterday & wanted to make something SWEET! Pecans & all nuts are great. Such a health source of fats and protein. Always a great addition to any snack or dish. Unsweetened Applesauce is another great snack. Packed full of fiber with no added sugar, it’s and easy was to get some quick energy. This ingredient is commonly used by bakers too! It’s a great way to add moisture to baked goods. As for carrots, we all know they are great for our eyes because the Vitamin A helps keep them healthy. Let’s not forget about the beta-carotene they have which helps protect our eyes from the sun too! I love carrots since they are crunchy and make my teeth feel clean and healthy too!
