(swipe to see it cooked) It’s in the same family as broccoli & cauliflower... but in my opinion it’s much more similar to cauliflower in texture. Although it is a bit firmer in texture and has a slight nutty flavor. I was planning on roasting this in the oven, however my brother suggested to put it on the bbq/smoker and they turned out great. I just added oil, seasoning, roasted until tender & then topped with lemon juice ?
