🕑 Added 2020-12-02 22:40:55 +0000 UTC Who else has been effected by the time change & seasonal change in general? Ever heard of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)? It’s depression related to the season change. This is something I deal with each year + know many people who do as well. I’m not sure where you’re located... but in these winter months, my skin gets drier, it’s hard to stay hydrated and the sun setting by 5pm throws me all out of wack ? I’ll be posting tips to stay hydrated during winter + some healthy snacks/ingredients to help keep you fueled through these early sunsets ??
