I’ve pushed myself quite hard through most of my adult life & my body repeatedly would force me to rest. I would get physically sick from the amount of stress I was putting my body through without giving myself the time to get proper physical & mental rest. It’s not worth it to push yourself that far because it can lead to burning yourself out. You can’t give from an empty vessel. Nourish yourself too ✨
