It's that time again, and today I've got some early morning pajama shots to go with your workout of the day - I was feeling pretty good post leg day and wanted to share some of the shots, especially that one of my thighs flexed a bit. Hope you like them too.
Tonight I will be sending out a VOD from one of the spicy streams for ya'll that couldn't make it. No worry though, I know some of you want the spicy workouts back and as soon as I get the dumbbells out of the truck thats up next!
