Refocusing on goals. I’ve been hitting the gym 5x a week minimum…even bumped into my son’s 21 yr old friend a few times last week before he’s at his college campus all day for classes. Funny how he literally relayed our entire conversation back to my son. Somehow it’s motivation to work harder on the stair climber & weights since I’m sure he’ll relay it back to my son. But I’m resetting my goals and pushing ahead. Changed my meal plan…have some goals I want to hit for December! And with OF we are refocusing our goals…we have some very sexy content we are planning, as well as editing. I’m excited about December and the new year!!!
