I appreciate the chance to get wet in fresh water. Colder fresh water has a different feel than less cold ocean water. Different thoughts happen in my mind based on the water I am entering and the place I am. This place is a sacred healing spot. I am grateful to submerge my body and mind. I enter with hesitation and uncertainty, and I exit with confidence and peace. Water releases stress in my mind and body. 😁🙏🏾🙏🏾😁 How do you release your stress?
