Recently OnlyFans updated their policy to prohibit sexually explicit content. A week later, after a lot of backlash, they announced they were “suspending” their ban on porn.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time the company has shown its disdain for sex workers.
This platform has long felt unsafe for SW’s for a range of reasons, and the ban-unban significantly impacted my mental health.
You might have noticed I haven’t been posting content. The truth is that when I found out about the ban I was so worried about finances I fell into a horrible depressive episode and spent the week mostly in bed.
*This is not an experience I would like to repeat.*
For this reason, I will be leaving the OnlyFans platform.
