I took a double class again today (2 - 60min flows) and I was just sweating through it with such grace then ending with lots of panting haha š Really in awe of my strength of mind to be able to push through any discomfort to find that Grace Zone. I find Iām my most sharpest in that focused zone, and deadly on point with my flow when I enter that mental space āļø So Iām gonna throw all my sweat soaked clothing and towels into the laundry and cook up some dinner.
